Where does my order ship from?

Your items will ship from our US warehouse.

When will my order ship? 
Orders ship within 3-5 days of purchase, unless otherwise noted in the product description. From here you will receive an automated tracking confirmation once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Depending upon your choice of shipping speed, shipments can take anywhere from 3-14 days from the date of shipment.

Returns & Refunds

How do I make a return?

We accept returns for a full refund 14 days from the date you received your purchase. Returns requested after the 14 day window, will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. To initiate a return, please fill out our contact form and a customer service agent will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that all sales are final when a custom monogram is applied. We offer a 365 day guarantee on items against defects, and will repair or replace any defective item with the same item for no cost. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Promotional items are not returnable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Please make sure that you do not declare a commercial value of over £15 or you may be liable for customs and duties charges. Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged products will vary.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. If you haven’t received a refund 7 business days from the date we contacted you, please contact us.


How can I cancel my order? 

Cancellations cannot be made post order. If your item ships prior to a cancellation request being made, you may be liable for return shipping costs. If a request is made post-shipment, this will fall under our standard return process (detailed above).
