RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I make a return?

We accept returns for a full refund 14 days from the date you received your purchase. Returns requested after the 14 day window, will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please note that all sales are final when a custom monogram is applied. We offer a 365 day guarantee on items against defects, and will replace any defective item with the same item for no cost. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Promotional items are not returnable. If your item meets these specified parameters, please use the return label in your package, arrange a drop off or pick up. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Please fix the attached return address label and Customs Declaration Form (CN22) to the outside of the package. 

Please make sure that you do not declare a commercial value of over £15 or you may be liable for customs and duties charges. Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged products will vary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. If you haven’t received a refund 7 business days from the date we contacted you, please contact us.

CANCELLATION

How can I cancel my order? 

Cancellations cannot be made post order. However, we will offer a complimentary return label for cancellation requests emailed prior to shipping.
